Could I be again pregnant?

I had my twins only eleven weeks ago, and Alivia and Addison make big. Ohßer me and my husband procured the O.K. one for sex upward with our six weeks of check, and told that, because I nurse in order not to worry about birth control. But now, I have all signs of the pregnancy, that I had with my first, and still have, my period didn\'t get. I been able to become again pregnant?
