Can you prepare your nipples for nursing if they are very flat and small?

if twins had 5 and they could not fortify because my nipples are so flat,... ttc and would nurse this time gladly

I know, that there is something, which can be done against flat nipples, I simply certainly am not exactly this for something as I never had the problem. I würde starts to look around me in your hospital and begins to find lactation advisors and breast, who feed groups.
