What do you do if there is not only enough money in order to cover most basic editions?

My husband works as a construction worker, and his/its work is exact weather dependent. Kürzlich had given it, an excess of rain and his/its paychecks is very small. We live paycheck to paycheck as it is because we start only together. We had twins recently. You/they are 5 months old, and it becomes expensive.
