Why does baby of nursing suffocate?

Does one of my twins suffocate occasionally, as nursing, but the other baby never does?

Additional details

I feed her/it/them at the same time, and she/it high-switches the breast is switched on, they do a burp, and breasts change. ICHnie seen \'ve, thereß milk with them sprays.

from Sheila You, you probably have a big milk supply, maybe a fellow cannot cope during a let down with the volume. Maybe he/it snaps differently as the other type and immediately gets more and then suffocates.
