Nursing of twins.... pro and con?

Is breast obviously the best, but from what are the good and bad points of nursing of twins?

How many calories must you also guarantee, you eat and to drink how much need you if you nurse twins? Is it much more than one single-tones?

Weight loss of nursing twins... is it more than there, 2 from them, in order to live, or is it because of the more, in order to endure her/it/them anyway, eats them/her/it resembling?

You/they will burn more calories because you must do twice as much milk. I believe, thereß counting calories also much of one burden inducer is. I only eat if hungrily ich\'m and ißt sensible meal.

through sound, my sister had according to law twin approximately 8 & still now is breast feeding. You/they were 4 & half a week early & was in hospital after 2 days at home. First, headächlich because they were 4lb 7oz minutely, & 4lb 4oz must be she/it woken on every 3 hours, nourishes in order to live & at least for 15 mins, this was with roughly first, but they all got you hang this fast from it, & she/it kept a diary from it, nourishes, so that they knew, whoever had this, which & about what time. You/they ernährten both babies together, as it was faster, & more easily because as soon as breathlessly and so on the feed, nappy.. she/it all could go, untill next feed, to sleep, if it is used. If then you one the other until at the moment fütterten, you had finished the second baby, who would begin the first to prepare itself again, & you constantly would live first the whole day.

Weight loss depends on your body. I didn\'t really loosely any weight, as i my son ernährte, but others astray loads, & 1 even one attracted a small weight with it untill passed it, you simply don\'t know.

Mummy of 2 #28 weeks with twins #

through beautiful poison oh boy... this was so difficult for me. I got a very good breast pump and bemühte me, to hold step with her/its/their needs. My whole family helped. In the end, I could then do it first three months, we mußten supplement. Her/its/their doctor said, thereß it the first weeks, that make such a gigantic difference in her/its/their immunity and weight, is so that, I think this the best is, that I could do for her/it/them. It is difficult. It takes much, many hours every day. You/they müssen watches which you eat. You/they drink more and demand, more calories.You decreases, it makes you sore, but, if you itself really bemühen wants, it is the best. Don\'t-Sorge, if it doesn\'t work out. With heute\'s-Formeln of the Ernährungswert is excellent. You/they will spend so much duration with the babies, you will bind no matter as they are feed. Her/its/their doctor will look at her/its/their weight and ließ you knows, if they everything need in order to supplement the breast milk. You/they können even the breast milk with a formula does. through Julia M, I was in 19 as I had my twins and didn\'t nurse. I wünsche, that I now had taken the trouble, and successfully full time nursed my four months old.
