Menopause with 23?

I nurse twin, taking the baby pill and I bekommte all symptoms of the menopause. I had twins and me before 9 Monaten\'m only 23. With my son 2, I had 7 weeks postpartum, it came every 2 weeks, problems with my period. 14 months spI became äter pregnant with my daughters. Now ich\'m that gets every symptom of the menopause! Please help!
