Long distance daddies makes something you in order to place under 2 in connection for itself with your children?

I will have twin girls, and her/its/their daddy and I are not together. We will be in other states.
I want, that he/it has a relationship with his/its daughters as much as possible, and I am what I can, in order to help to be been in the habit of, not sure that especially, if they are preverbal. I würde sooner, he/it doesn\'t take the girls to his/its state for outstretched periods of time because I become quiet, and also because he/it has medical problems, that would make it heavy, to be a solo worry taker for newborns, he/it doesn\'t faint for any known reason occasionally. This können last hours. He/it has also sleep apnea and is nearly unmöglich, to wake up, after he/it went to the bed.
Aside fromsending she/it, that stayed with him/it, what can I do, about him/it a relationship with them, to help be in the habit of, until her/it/them older is and on a network cam/phone can chat, or they need less worry, and he/it can handle himself, they improve solo?
