If I had have lastnight, that i twins a dream, does something mean this?

i has a 2year aged daughter and lived plans another baby, until she/it is in 4, never had it i i in my leading, twins wanted, 1 children always thought i, then another child then another child.
But it was big, i in this dream nursed, therefore it was so easy to take care of her/it/them and to bind with them, and one was, a young was one a girl, and now, twins actually would like the next i, not this thats ever happens gona,
