How can stop i to produce milk?

I nurse my baby, and I produce milk for twins.
It is fever really painful, and i because of the whole milk, that I have, even gets.
i thinks that can feed him/it i only for the first months, the pains like sharp needles are on my breasts. Is there a pill, that I can take, in order to stop the milk?

i forgot to mention that hurt some red areas i one on my breast, that did sore like it, and leaves thump i soft a 2cmm from diameter thats, but this doesn\'t hurt.
