Do I need advice about it to nurse milk for twins and to express.?

I have old twins 4 months. I nurse gegenwärtig the boy and the bottle, whom the girl nourishes, as she/it didn\'t want to nurse. I have recently many articles about the benefits of breast milk read and doesn\'t want to take it my small girl.
