Confuse!! any serious complaint estimated...?

I had an OB-Termin and now, I become confused and am worried about what my doctor said. My LMP was 3. Nov, therefore I should fast 11 weeks is. Well maß my doctor my fundal-Höhe with 14wks, but she/it said that my uterus felt 10 over 8wks only not. Why can this be? Some people say twins, but wouldn, \'t my givesärmutter is bigger with twins? I am positive on my data, thereß it seems, but I became pregnant while I nursed. Maybe my period was unregelmäßig and I didnmerkt it \'t.?!? did means baby hold, that grew? I can see nur\'t how I am in 8wks. I discovered, thereß I almost 6 weeks ago pregnant was,... with it would have made me only 2.5wks... I didn\'t believes, that HCG would be present that early. All the serious Vorschläge is estimated!
