How do I regulate my milk production if I nurse a baby and pump for the other?

It was born my twin girls preemies. I started, immediately both Mto nurse little ad and to pump every 3 hours, after the babies, that meal. MeinMein größeres baby first came home which induced me to spend less duration with my small one with the hospital... therefore had her/it/them to finally nurse a hard time, so that I continued to pump her/it/them with one bottle and to feed. The M now aread little 12 weeks old. I nurse a baby 90 percent and 100 percent of bottles, that the small baby ernheads, and still pumps, I would start gladly to nurse the baby and tried a number of times, but my milk current is so fast and too much, that she/it starts to suffocate, however, she/it snaps on fine., how I can regulate my milk production, about fähig, to be, to nurse both babies as well as to continue, to pump, to make around bottles for other family members, to help with feedings?

In short: Too much milk, fast current for my small baby, who nursed. I also still pump after each feed, I also have other positions to slowly along the Milchströmung, nothing so far tries,... every 3-4 hours.

How wonderful, that you nurse twins!! so many mommies of the twins views it not even. Sie\'wieder of giving of them a großen beginning. It sounds like you, you have an overactive-Reinfall; that is, if down your milk läßt, it is too fast for the baby in order to handle itself/themselves. Most babies adapt themselves fast to it. You/they could try to decrease her/it/them, begin the let-down reflex like you as well feels and soaks with a material or retentive blanket on the milk. Then leave her/its/their relatch and sees, if this helps. SieSie könnten tries also some minutes itself on each breast with the bigger baby and then to the baby shifts. beside Bern, your milk will slow down if you first and then feed the bigger baby the smaller right after it? This way the first baby drank most from it and maybe it, that is won, \'t comes out so fast. Or pump some about first the grto nourish ößere baby with one bottle, you then feed the smaller baby right after it.

through babycake... I would say pump a side, while you feed the other, or maybe if the babies are sleep, you can pump in order to leave ready some bottles.
