Could I expect twins?

I am pregnant 5 weeks.
As I ovulated, I believe that I have maybe hyper-ovulated as I had much ovulation pain, that is exceptional for me.
I still nurse my first child, who is 2 and a half.
I had 1 days AFTER my positive pregnancy examination a very small quantity of spotting/implantation-Blutung... which definitely should be BEFORE the positive examination?
I already am very bloated... doesn\'t show you with my first child until approximately 25 weeks!

Do I know that the single way to for certainly know, to be waited for a scan, but... speculating only... this could be twins???

also as I my twins had, I had an ultrasound with 10 weeks, and they saw only 1 babies. Then, I had another with 12 weeks and plthere was 2 ötzlich! DeshalbDeshalb his/its mögliches for her/it/them, that missed one on it early, or for the egg, in order to therefore later split at the beginning, there was really only 1. 50 percent 2 voices saves to it! !
