Un getting of the flu or something.. i will make also my girls sick?

Said more similarly i.. un getting of the flu.. and i nurses my twins.Will, that they get the flu, if she/it feeds i, during un sick?
I know that this sounds stupid,.. besides ive never actually thought about asking the doctor, or my mother(who is a nurse.. and that at the work is,
If they will become sick, that i formula can feed them, while un sick.. then goes back you to nursing?
