After my friend gave birth, do I know, that she/it will have afterbirth and bleeds after it, but I understand it really not?

I know that my friend is lithargic, and touchy, in pain and sometimes feels weak, if she/it has her/its/their periods. Will it be they after the birth for resembling? Will it do this more difficult coping with twins?

How long do you become the bleeding after the birth, do you rise for it?

How it will take long for her/its/their breasts in order to recover after the birth?

Will it be quiet for you more difficult, because there are two from them, or does the body fit itself at because it is twins?

I had twins 11 years long and this really depends on it, as she/it gives birth vaginally, or beside part, i part had and took to regain me, a long time, completely i, the i had get bad painful periods, before had i my twin, the simply twice as bad now, therefore Hun you will wait, must and sees, that I am afraid,
