Inform your local wic-Büro, in order to ask her/it/them, if they offer a nursing educator certificate.
International committee certified lactation advisors to become an IBCLC is not anything, which you can make local. You/they müssen classes take and depend on your current education level, submit you a proposition and take you an examination, that should be certified. It is a Prozeß, that lasts approximately 18 months, - 2 years.
