Traveling with toddlers to Nairobi, Kenya?
I have old twins 19 months and a 8 year old. We plan a trip to my Ehemännerheimatstadt from Nairobi, and where his/its parents live in Mackakos, in Feb/Mar 2011. ICH\'ve made many Lektüre and believes, that I am ready for the flight, although I know, that maybe they scream the whole 19 hours! But we will do it. My current worries involve vaccinations and medications. I believe in vaccinations, but likes to then make her/it/them for what is recommended, with a slower speed. The twins will be 22 months as we travel and AMERICAN Sch on the newest standüsse on all of there is. The respects, before we go yellow fever, typhi, meningococcal and malarone-Pillen, für malaria. I was rather ready against the vaccines and the thought, thereß we only all precautions would take and over mosquito very watchful is, s, but after reading over the yellow fever, I contradicted myself. And the actual vaccine is living and has many potential side-effects. Another question, that I have, involves nursing, w,ährend it the vaccines gets, does it boast that I shouldnbekommt t the vaccine, because I nurse, but I should procure it for her/it/them? This doesn\'t makes each sense. If everyone has any information, würde I it really estimates!Additional details
HP, that I spoke multiple times and YOU/THEY with my pediatrician, follows the respects of the CDC. As a parent muß I an educated decision on the risk/benefits of these vaccines and medications for my children meets.8

vonvon queen of the Nile is this the best matter, in order to do, to be spoken with your pediatrician and to ask her/him to give you the medicine and the vaccines, that need her/it/them. But traveling with such a young one of age isn\'t the best matter, in order to do, particularly of a place as off as Kenya. You are to be given them vaccinations on the other hand? You/they hülfen really and his/its better, to be, certainly as sad. But speak with her/its/their doctor, and she/it können you the best matter, to do, tells. Glad traveling!
from Charlie You to speak with your pediatrician and to follow his/its advice, you need.
