Stop to do the matters, that can hurt the baby and him/it going to the doc, that should be checked out, and can get any calmness, so that you can stop to emphasize.
You/they are not responsible for what you did, as you didn\'t know, you were pregnant, and you cannot change no one of it. Don\'t makes itself sick for blame, you do only your at the best now für your small one.

through * alwayss... I has many friends, that smoked and drank completely before the knowledge, that they were pregnant and healthy babies had,.. I took my period was also approximately 6 ibuprofen, because I thought constricting, and baby is fine and healthy. I wouldn\'t worries too much therefore for itself. Do only one Medical date, and they calmed down your mind.. the burden and worrying isn\'t, he/it goes to help.
